White-label.
We prepare under your brand and your EFIN. The organizer, the emails and the invoice all say your firm’s name. We don’t appear anywhere the client can see.
Send us the returns your team can’t get to. Our enrolled agents prepare them, a second EA reviews them, and they go out under your firm’s name. Your client keeps dealing with you, and most of them never hear the word TaxSQR.

For the returns you can’t fit in March, or the extension pile that lands on you in September. You pay per return, with no minimum and nothing to sign up for next year.
Hand us one kind of return for good, say every expat client you have. We become the named desk for that work, year after year, and your staff stop dreading the FBAR clients.
This is most of what we do. Form 1040 with the exclusion or the foreign tax credit, the FBAR and Form 8938, and Streamlined catch-up filings for clients who are years behind.
Individual returns, S-corps, partnerships and C-corps. We file in all fifty states plus DC, and we tie out the K-1s before anything flows to the owners’ 1040s.
A monthly close in QuickBooks Online or Xero, with reconciled accounts, a P&L and a balance sheet. We’ll also clean up the last twelve months if they’re a mess. Clean books mean the entity return isn’t waiting on anyone in March.
Learn more →Outsourcing usually means sending a stack of PDFs into the dark and hoping it comes back before the 15th. Ours doesn’t work like that. Each return moves through intake, prep, review and e-file on the same append-only audit log your own staff would use, so you can open it on a Tuesday in March and see exactly who touched it and what’s still missing. The client only ever sees your firm.
Not sure how much to send? Our guides cover when outsourcing pays for itself and what a season with us looks like week by week.
You pay us per return, priced by how messy the return is, and you bill your client whatever you normally would. If you’re sending us 25 or more in a season, we move you onto volume pricing. Bookkeeping is billed at an hourly rate. All of it runs on TaxSQR, so you track it in the same audit log you’d get if you licensed the platform.
The per-return price is the whole price. It covers federal and state e-file, plus any amendment we need to make within 30 days. An enrolled agent signs every return we prepare, and the engagement stays with your firm.
